At DART LABS, we are committed to delivering premium golf gear as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, pre-orders, and delivery expectations.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some products may be offered as Pre-Order items.
If a product is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
• Payment is collected at checkout.
• Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, or logistics delays.
• We will provide updates if shipping timelines change.
For Founders Edition products, customers will receive periodic email updates regarding production progress and estimated shipment dates.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 Business Days
Delivery estimates begin once the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, DART LABS primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping availability may vary by destination and product.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, and customs charges. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
DART LABS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Weather events
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@dartlabsgolf.com.
Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method selected, package weight, and dimensions.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
